Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of ManagementGA (the "Application"), an internal Google Ads reporting tool operated by our in-house marketing team ("we", "us"). By using the Application you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Internal use only
The Application is provided exclusively for use by current members of our in-house marketing team who have been granted access to our Google Ads manager account. It is not offered to the public, to customers, or to any third party. We do not sell the Application or any service based on it.
2. What the Application does
The Application uses the Google Ads API to:
- List the Google Ads accounts our manager account already has access to.
- Read campaign settings and the previous day's performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and remaining daily budget).
- Write those figures to an internal shared spreadsheet and send a daily digest email to our account managers.
- Flag campaigns that have spent more than 90% of their daily budget.
- Pause a campaign that has reached its daily budget cap, only after a user explicitly confirms that action in the tool.
The Application does not make any change to a Google Ads account without a user's explicit confirmation.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Application, you agree to:
- Use it only for the internal reporting and budget-monitoring purposes described above.
- Use only the Google account and Google Ads access you have been authorized to use by our team.
- Keep OAuth credentials, spreadsheet access, and digest emails confidential and within the team.
- Confirm a pause action only when you have verified that pausing the campaign is appropriate.
- Comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads API Policies, the Google Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
You agree not to:
- Share the Application, its credentials, or the data it produces with anyone outside our team.
- Modify the Application to access data or perform actions beyond those described in section 2 without the team's approval and a corresponding update to the Privacy Policy.
- Use the Application to access Google Ads accounts our manager account is not authorized to manage.
- Attempt to circumvent Google's rate limits, access controls, or policies.
4. Google Ads API and third-party terms
The Application depends on the Google Ads API and on the Google account that authorizes it. Google may change, limit, or discontinue API access at any time, and we are not responsible for any resulting interruption. Google's own terms and privacy policy govern your Google account and your use of Google Ads.
5. Data
Our handling of Google Ads data and OAuth credentials is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Data produced by the Application (the spreadsheet and digest emails) belongs to our organization and is for internal use only.
6. Availability and changes
The Application is an internal helper and is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We may also revoke any individual's access to the Application at any time, for example when they leave the team.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Figures reported by the Application are derived from the Google Ads API and may differ from figures shown in the Google Ads interface due to timing, attribution, or reporting delays. Always verify important numbers in Google Ads before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or advertising performance, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application, including any campaign pause confirmed by a user.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify the team members who use the Application. Continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our organization is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
